I miss many things about being at home. I also miss driving.
But with Independence Day quickly approaching, I’ve been more than a little homesick for America.
After walking the lovely, stone paved streets, and attempting to run an errand for my host family (that required foolproof German speaking skills), we met up for dinner at an old Italian restaurant right outside of the church. The breeze was lovely and the spinach schnitzel was even better.
