Never Enough

inspired by last night's gorgeous magenta sky, chilly nearly june breeze, and one too many repeats of a certain song on a certain film’s soundtrack (prize for the first correct guess 😉)

a little saturday night truth (because, truth does exist. if you think there is no one truth, how can we be sure your “truth” is true!?)

the world is full of magnificent and beautiful places. and people. and events. and moments.

one day though, it will all be gone.

and you can travel the world and see the sights and live the moments. but it won’t fulfill you. it will be amazing. but it will pass. it will end. and it will never be enough.

there’ll always be another city to visit. another friend to make. a new food to try. another event to attend or item to check off your bucket list. but it can never fulfill you because you can’t possibly have it all. even a lifetime is not enough time.

you’ll always want more. it will never be enough.

so here’s a challenge: find something that will fulfill you. truly, without limit. without end.
