While Running

So common yet so extraordinary.

A few meters behind where I stood taking this photo rest two antique farm houses. One for the parents and one for the children and their families.

There’s undoubtedly something special about this land. Family is built into the nation, or at least it was intended to be.
For the Swiss, this life and this landscape are normal. But as an outsider, coming from a nation where old children scurry to move away from the parents and seek some sort of individuality, what the Swiss have here is truly beautiful.
