Where There Is No Path

To the Sea

To the Sea

I cannot settle into the mainstream, for I know then I will be bruised and bent in all the wrong places. I need to climb over the rocks, getting wet on necessary occasion, but scraping my knees as I am meant. I intend not to sail through, following every assumed movement, as is widely popular. Rather, I am seeking to climb every hill, in the faith that my sincere passion will lead me where I am meant to be. My life will not survive in these mucky streams. I'm on a quest to the ocean. I must diverge and forge my own path.
